Each of my binders have my worksheets, activities, etc. in a clear plastic cover and placed inside each unit.  By keeping my files in the binders it makes looking for things so much faster and easier!  It is also easy to store - you don’t have to worry about all the file cabinet space.  When I transformed my files into binders I took it slow so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed.  I just took the unit I was working on that week and placed my files into the binder.  It was not overwhelming and it didn’t take much time since I took it a week and a unit at a time.
