Hajj is obligatory on every adult, free, sane, healthy, Muslim, once in his life-time, provided he has sufficient money for the expenses of the journey and for the maintenance of his dependents during his absence abroad, and provided the under taking of the journey world be safe and there would be no danger to his life.
